You may notify Us of your wish to cancel within 14 days of the day on which You receive the Goods. Once notified, You have a further 14 days to return the Goods to Us.
We ask that You notify Us of Your wish to cancel and receive a refund via Our Online Returns Request form.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 14 days of Us receiving the returned Goods.
Where You exercise your right to cancel, We will also refund the standard delivery charge paid on your original order where We delivered to a UK address. Delivery charges for orders shipped outside the United Kingdom are non-refundable.
If You wish to return Goods to Us after the 14-day cancellation period, We may, at Our sole discretion, be able to offer You an exchange or online store credit. We are unable to accept returned Goods that We reasonably believe are not in resaleable condition or that have been used, unless the Goods were faulty or damaged when received. We regret that orders for Goods made to Your specifications and gift wrapping will not attract any right to cancel. We are unable to accept returns of grooming products (such as shampoos and conditioners) for hygiene reasons.
We also regret that we cannot accept returns of treats due to their perishable nature.
