Mungo & Maud has designed a series of products for The Wallace Collection, one of London’s most treasured national collections.
Inspired by the ‘Faithful Dog’, this anthology draws a connection to many of the dog paintings featured on the walls of the handsome building which was once the home of Sir Richard Wallace and bequeathed to the British nation by Lady Wallace in 1897.

The "Wallace Collar" in a rich-chocolate ostrich embossed leather and modern stripe webbing connects the past to the present. Minimal accents of gold leather scalloped-edging are used to bring attention to the gilding of frames, whilst an oval leather detail debossed with ‘My Faithful Friend’ in gold lettering, draws a parallel to name plates used on historical dog collars... so elegant your dog will want to commission a portrait.
